RETURNS-CHANGES

You have the right to return or change all or part of the order within 15 calendar days from the date you receive it. Date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt.

After the end of 15 days then your return / change will not be accepted.

CAUTION!!! Returned products must be in the condition sent by ORIGINAL JEAN SHOP and received by the customer, complete and without damage, without removing the labels and with all shipping documents (eg Shipping Receipt, Retail Receipt etc. ). Returns that do not meet the above conditions are NOT accepted and are returned to the customer

Returns on Underwear and Socks are accepted provided the protective gear has not been used or removed.

Shoes should be tested on a clean floor or carpet, as the sole must not be soiled in order for the return to be accepted. The shoe box should also be adequately protected on return so that it is not damaged.

To return – change, you must:

  1. Contact us!
    Contact us by email at …. , stating your name and order number, as well as the reason why you want the product returned. Alternatively you can inform us by phone at 210 7796516.
  1. Fill in and send the “Product Change / Return Form” inside the package together with the receipt-invoice. To send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, ie to be complete, without damage and without removing the special markings of the product, within the package that you received.
  2. Send your parcel (valid only for Greece)

Deliver the parcel for return with customer charge. Only in case of a defective product or our own fault, you can send the parcel by Geniki Taxydromiki with the recipient’s charge, meaning the ORIGINAL JEAN SHOP.

The products that are returned due to our fault or the defective ones, are sent by you exclusively with the transport courier that you received, meaning Geniki Taxydromiki. In case they are sent with another transport company they will not be received.

Shipping costs

For Greece

Returns – changes are made exclusively with the transport courier you received (Geniki Taxydromiki) at the customer’s expense. Only in case of a defective product will the shipment be made at the recipient’s expense.

In case the customer chooses another transport company, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. Returns – Changes with another shipping company and charge of the Original Jean Shop, will not be accepted.

 

Returns / Changes

If the reason for the return is our mistake or concerns a defective product, and the customer wants a refund, the entire amount paid by the customer, including shipping, is refunded.

In case the customer wishes to return his order without the fault of the ORIGINAL JEAN SHOP, the shipping and cash on delivery costs are deducted from the refunded amount and amount to € 3.90 and € 3.50 respectively.

In case of change and replacement of a product that concerns our mistake, the customer is not charged with the replacement costs. Otherwise the product is replaced at the customer’s expense.

If you are in Attica, you can make your change-return to our physical store with the necessary documents (Retail Receipt or Shipping Receipt Invoice), free of charge.

Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date we receive the products

 

Abroad

Returns – changes are made in any way chosen by the customer and the shipping cost is borne exclusively by the customer. Returns – Changes charged by ORIGINAL JEAN SHOP will not be accepted.

Briefly, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:

  • the return must be made within 15 days from the day of receipt
  • the product has not been used
  • the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg Retail Receipt, Shipping Receipt Invoice, etc.)
